The start of a new year is a great opportunity to reflect on the past 12 months, and re-evaluate where you want to be.

One of the best pieces of advice is to set goals (Career and Personal); both short term and long term. Write these down and have them as a prompt for the year.
What you will find is that when it comes to this time next year, you may not have achieved everything on the list. Don’t lose heart. Keep with your programme and keep chipping away with small steps.
You will notice that bit by bit, in 5 years or so. You will have completely overachieved on your goals.
If you want to do more cosmetic work, start putting the wheels in motion. Get yourself onto the right courses, find the right mentor and ultimately push yourself out of your comfort zone.
Surround yourself with like-minded people, reach out for the right help when you need it and take control of your future.
Little changes won’t seem like a lot in the short term, but they have a massive cumulative impact. Suddenly it will hit you like a juggernaut and you will be inundated with the type of treatment you want to carry out.
